Helix Tooling Services was established in April 2008, initially operating from our residence as an office. Over the years, we have grown into a specialized manufacturing company, primarily producing press tools, injection molds, and pressure die-casting tools for zinc and aluminum, catering to the automotive, electrical, and domestic appliance sectors. Combining experience, skill, and technology, we deliver high-quality tooling solutions with efficiency and precision. As an innovative company, we integrate CAD expertise with hands-on craftsmanship to manufacture plastic injection molds, press tools, PDC tools, jigs and fixtures, gauges, and other precision tooling components. Originally founded as a proprietorship by Mr. K.G. Murthy, son of A. Kannappan, the company later transitioned into a firm. Under the leadership of Mr. K.G. Murthy, who brings extensive experience in engineering, Helix Tooling Services continues to uphold its commitment to excellence and innovation.
